I wanted a master suite built over my garage. Les and his team came through in spades. Cathedral ceilings, lots of windows and light, a garden tub in the bathroom. It's gorgeous! I could happily live in just this room.

We met Les a few years ago when we wanted to have our basement remodeled. Les does great work at a reasonable price. He is easy to work with, has great ideas and is trustworthy. Les has done many projects at my house, my father's house, and of friends and neighbors in our area. All projects were completed on time, and the work area was restored to its original start point at the end of the day. Les has turned my old deck into a beautiful enclosed sunroom. He has replaced windows and door, added a two tiered deck, masterfully tiled floors and installed countertops. He is very good at remodeling projects, and he has demonstrated his skill at pluming walls that time has altered.

In conclusion----Les, (1) does the work to your and his high standard of satisfaction. (2) He does the work on time, and (3) at the agreed price. The three things that all consumers should expect.
